Since 1987, Michael Gaier has represented hundreds of homeowners in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, successfully securing principal loan reduction, dismissals of foreclosure lawsuits and loan modifications. In addition to defending homeowners when the bank sues them, Mr. Gaier has successfully filed dozen of lawsuits against the “big banks,” including Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Chase Bank for predatory lending and loan servicing mistakes.
Mr. Gaier’s representation gives his clients the peace of mind that they deserve when fighting a foreclosure lawsuit to secure a result that can best suit their needs. He not only represents homeowners who have already been sued by their bank, but also represents homeowners who are pre-foreclosure and past foreclosure (with a judgment already against them).
In his commercial practice, Mr. Gaier represents businesses in a variety of ways, including transactional work (formation, by-laws, drafting agreements, etc.) to litigation (shareholder suits, trademark infringement, franchisee violations, etc.). He has represented businesses in the Southeastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey area in federal and state courts, and has also counseled businesses on their expansion, reduction, new markets and employment issues of all kinds.
The skills and experience developed over 25 years of practice have become invaluable in Michael’s pursuits as an arbitrator of complex litigation matters as well as a participant in arbitrations, mediations and trials.
Additionally, Martindale-Hubbell has distinguished Mr. Gaier with its highest “AV Preeminent Rating” ranking for legal ability and adherence to ethical standards.
